For your carefree enjoyment of your stay, the residence is thoroughly cleaned and equipped with various service items before your arrival. There is a one-time service charge & cleaning fee. The cost of the service charge & cleaning fee varies per residence.
The residencies are provided with a wide assortment of services items upon your arrival. With additional housekeeping services, these items are replenished. This covers assortment of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, sponge, dishcloth, coffee, tea , sugar, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner.

Full Service
The residence is fully cleaned and supplied with new bed and bath linens. Services items will be replenished. For residences with balconies, a garden and terraces and possibly a private pool, everything outside is also neatly tidied and the pool cleaned.
Refresh Service
The residence is organized inside and provided with new bed and bath linens. Services items will be replenished.
Soft Service
The residence is organized inside and beds are made, used bath linens are replaced. The services items are replenished.
